Jeff is VP for Economic and Business Development for the Initiative Foundation, a unique grantmaking, business lending and operating foundation serving a fourteen county region of rural Minnesota. The Initiative Foundation has just begun adapting Neighborhood Development Center's nationally recognized urban model of comprehensive entrepreneurship training and support for recent influx of East African refugees in the smaller city of St. Cloud, Minnesota.
